板式换热器换热功能
板片的功能，在水—水换热、逆流运转、热侧定性温差为40℃、两边流速为0.5m/s条件下的总传热系数，对水平平直波板片，应大于2210W/(m2.K)；关于人字形波纹板片，应大于2908W/(m2.K)。
液压实验
以水为实验液体，两边应别离进行单侧压力实验，实验压力为1.25倍规划压力。试压后应扫除积水，吹干或晒干，然后再夹紧。
垫片质量
a.运用温度和物理功能应契合相关规定。
b.外表不允许有面积大于3mm2、深度大于1.5mm的气泡、凹坑及其它影响密封功能的缺点。
